Prior to joining the professional ranks, Steven spend 10 years Officiating in the Western Hockey League, including the 2003 Memorial Cup Final. Steven was also the recipient of the 2002-2003 Allen Paradise Memorial Trophy as the Top Official in the Western Hockey League |
